The Weekend Workout

It’s Saturday morning, and for many of us, the time to reinvest into our physical being. Look for DDG recommended workouts most weekends right here under The Weekend Workout.

This week’s spotlight shines on YouTube. Yes, the physical activity Mecca. I love yoga. It gets me connected. YouTube is amazing source of content in this arena.

Check out this video from Tim Sinesi. It’s a high quality, clearly instructed Vinyasa flow for about 45 minutes. If you do the workout, I’ll promise to do it too.

For those on the pump, I like to turn down my basal a bit but not too much. If you’re on the shots, enjoy a piece of fruit after!
